The Astral Maxim Swimming Pool Pump 3.5HP – 2860 RPM – 08003
The Astral Maxim pump has been designed for the commercial pool plantroom, consisting of a high heat-resistant plastic wet end body, along with a 316 Grade Stainless steel motor drive shaft for superior longevity, a double electrically insulated motor with IP-55 motor protection.
The extra-large capacity wet end & pre-strainer is these pumps unique feature, perfect for the busy commercial plantroom where high volumes of floating debris is collected in normal use. The clear lid gives an easy view into the levels of debris within the huge 8 litre capacity strainer basket.
The Maxim has set the standards for value & performance for over a decade and is still one of the best sellers in the commercial pool plantroom setup.

Warranty
This Product has a 3 year warranty on the pump wet end, 2 year warranty on the pump motor and 1 year warranty on the mechanical seal.
Please note that all pumps are factory wet tested, so a small amount of water may still be present in the pump.
Warranty will be void if damage is due to chemical or sand/grit damage to the seals of this pump. This pump cannot be run dry as this WILL damage the shaft seal.
Not recommended for use with water that is chemically treated with Salt, Bromine or Aquabrome products as these are considerably more corrosive.
Returns
This product is fully CE but as an Electrical product please ensure it is fitted by a Part P qualified Electrician. Warranty claims due to incorrect wiring of these pumps will not be classed as a valid claim.
N.B. The correct wiring diagram is found on the inside of the Electrical connection terminal box.

This product is a 1 – 3 day delivery direct from our supplier, and is currently in stock.
Delivery – Mainland UK
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday we aim to dispatch on the same day, after 2pm will be the following working day. This does not include Bank Holidays, which are classed as non-working days. Should you require a Saturday delivery or have any other delivery enquiries, please email [email protected] who will respond to your request quickly.
Try to include your mobile phone number in the checkout area so that our delivery drivers can contact you should they need any further assistance or clarification in delivering your order.
Please ensure you leave detailed information if your delivery address is hard to find or a new housing development. If you know there is a possibility of missing the delivery, you can at the checkout stage leave instructions for the delivery driver to leave without signature and place your goods with a neighbour or in a discreet place out of sight for your later retrieval.
Please note some areas including Scotland(post codes AB, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, TR, DD,PH, PA, KY, AB, DD, KW, IV, HS), Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, will need extra carriage. We no longer ship to Jersey, Guernsey or Northern Ireland.

If you are unable to thoroughly check your delivery upon receipt, sign for it as UNCHECKED. If the package is damaged in any way, no matter how small, please sign for it as DAMAGED. We CANNOT CLAIM from our carriers for any damaged items that have not been signed for as UNCHECKED or DAMAGED.
If you sign for a delivery as OK, which you later find to be damaged, our carriers WILL NOT accept liability and you may be charged for the damaged items, in this case a delivery charge for replacement items WILL be made.
